Sports Facilities

St Aloysius College has, in the last few years, invested heavily in the upgrading of its Sports facilities.

The Sixth Form students make use of the College Outer Ground and Sports Complex. The first part of the Sports Complex includes a multi-purpose pavillion (for indoor basketball, volleyball and handball games), a health and fitness centre, conference hall and a cafeteria, which has been in use since 1997.

The Sports Complex, as with all the other sports facilities, is primarily intended for the College students. After school hours however, they are open to outsiders against a fee.

The College outer ground - originally built in the 1950s - was upgraded during the year 2001-2002. The full-size football ground now has a synthetic turf surface laid to UEFA and FIFA standards. The ground also has a permanently lined running track.
