The goal of these courses, is through dialogue and conversation, to assist migrants in their search for a job, prepare for their job interviews, and discuss communication skills with a focus on cultural differences that may become barriers while looking for a job or even after employment has begun.
Each course will have presentations and discussions on the following topics such as Culture Shock, Communication skills and Work Ethics, Creating a CV, Preparing for an Interview, Conflict Resolution, and Legal Rights and Obligations in Relation to Employment.
